Agent Pitch Challenge

The Study Queensland Agent Pitch Challenge 2018 was a great  opportunity for international agents to pitch their most creative and innovative student recruitment campaign to take Study Queensland to the world.

The Agent Pitch initiative is part of the Trade 2018 Games, Trade and Investment Program, a state-wide program, providing an opportunity for government and business leaders to meet, build new relationships, strengthen trade and investment ties and explore opportunities across the Commonwealth and beyond.

PEACS (now PNG Study Abroad) was selected as one of five finalists and presented final pitch on 12th April at Commonwealth House, Gold Coast.

Managing Director of PEACS, Mitsuki shared her idea of building "Wantok" relationship between Queensland and PNG, visiting key cities of PNG and providing tailored information for PNG parents who are considering to send their children to Queensland for an education.

Mitsuki explained that even though Queensland is already a most popular study destination for PNG students, there is no customised support for the students and parents available. This campaign will be a great initiation to set a foundation up, so that more PNG students will have an opportunity to come to Queensland for a quality education and experience.

Mitsuki inspired judges and audiences with her passion of helping Papua New Guineans, PEACS has selected as a winner of the pitch.

She successfully completed an Education Roadshow in October 2018 starting from Port Moresby and continued on to Kokopo, Mt Hagen and Lae.
