Application Schedule

Due dates are set by PNG Study Abroad to make sure the applicant to start their study abroad on time.
The applicant is required to follow the schedule provided, and fail to do so may result termination service from PNG Study Abroad.

Application for Admissions

PNG Study Abroad do not promise or guarantee a place or offer from selected schools/institutions.
Applicant is responsible for preparing all necessary supporting documents and information to PNG Study Abroad.

Student visa

PNG Study Abroad will only provide an assistance for any visa application and will not provide any visa advice.
PNG Study Abroad will not guarantee a successful grant of visa or arrange to speed up the application processed by immigration authority.

Service fees

Amount of Service fee can vary individually depends on your requirements and conditions
Application will be accepted once the advised service fee has been paid in full. The service fee is only valid for 12 months from the date payment received.
In any circumstances, service fee is non-refundable and non-transferable.
If the student changes mind and decide not to proceed with the enrolment after an offer letter is issue by a selected institutions, student must pay a service fee of AU$500 to PNG Study Abroad.

Termination of Service

If the applicant fails to provide requested information in reasonable time or by important due dates set by PNG Study Abroad or relevant third Parties such as institutions and/or immigration authority, PNG Study Abroad may terminate the service.
Termination of service will be notified to the applicant by phone or/and email.

Privacy and confidentiality

All information and documents exchanged between PNG Study Abroad and the applicant will be treated as confidential and PNG Study Abroad will not disclose any of them without the applicant’s consent.
The applicant gives a permission to PNG Study Abroad to access all the information and documents provided by the applicant for application processing purpose.
